Request a free 45-minute session with a LINBIT® engineer
Our software engineers have set aside some of their time for one-on-one sessions with the community. If you have questions or need some help with your environment and our software, request a slot and we will work through it with you.
How It Works
- Office Hours is currently open to organizations based in the United States. We hope to expand Office Hours to more regions in the future.
- Sessions are 45 minutes, between 9 AM and 4 PM Pacific.
- Booking opens 7 days before each Office Hours day.
- One session per organization.
- A member of our account team will join each call, so if you need more than one session can cover, we can point you to the right next step.
What to Expect
Devin is the Head of US Engineering and will be the technical expert in each session. We’ll try to solve your issue live. If it needs a closer look from our developers, we may follow up by email within a few business days. Office Hours doesn’t cover start-to-finish installations, ongoing help, production incidents, or guaranteed response times. For those, we offer enterprise-grade support and service level agreements.
