Payliance is a provider of real-time payment processing services, including gift and loyalty card services. Payliance has customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia. To serve these customers, Payliance has 80 employees, with an IT staff of 25, and four offices across the United States.

In 2022, Payliance acquired Secure Payment Systems (SPS) to expand its payment processing solutions portfolio. Rick Cone, former VP of IT at SPS, and the SPS IT department, use DRBD and other open-source technologies for systems high availability.
